Thanks Terry, I have more of these to add, you are absolutely right, I try to find other items as well as the actual models. That will never change as it was life at Binns Road and it is utterly fascinating.

With the box of this model in focus now, it may be interesting to point at the discrepancy of the lettering on the model and the typography as shown by the publicity picture, as applied on the box and in the Meccano Magazine announcement. Especially the stylish 's' is not reproduced. In the catalogues, however, the picture represents the correct lettering.
