Can someone explain to me the enclosed Meccano price list of Meccano Liverpool in French with the indication French F.A.S. with print code 16/357/.5. The price list is very scarce. Only 500 copies were issued. The special thing is that the text is in French and the prices in quantities with British and US prices. The abbreviation F.A.S. in the head of the list means: Free Alongside Ship. The meaning of that is unknown to me.
Translation of the main text in the head of the list from French to English:
Only for approved customer accounts export tariff 1957.
The prices appearing on this tariff are understood to be free English port of shipment; net, and benefit from a discount of 2½% for payment according to the conditions indicated.
Note: I was able to upload the images just fine. Is the site fixed now or is this another lucky shot from me?

It seems to be a lucky shot again.
