Austin Van 470

I recently found this Austin van in a local antiques shop.

The number on the baseplate is 470 but in all my searches on the web for this number I can only find a Shell Austin van in green and red.

The paintwork appears to me to be original.

Can anyone shed more light on this?

It is a 471 Nestle’s van. Per the Dinky Toys Encyclopedia, the early issues still had 470 marked on the base.
