The items in this gallery include all the sets and individual military items produced pre-war with the exception of the 22f army tank. There are examples of the sets as well as the individual items. Many of these items were also produced after the war until newer designs were produced during the early 1950s. However, most of the early post war military items were only available for export, especially to the US market. Some of these pre-war designed miltary items, which were based on designs thatbwere obsolete even at the outbreak of the War, survived the renumbering in 1954 and were still listed in the 1954/5 USA Catalogue a scan of which is contained in the Dinky documents archive in the members' section of the website.
