I am trying to work out when the various early military models 151, 152, 153, 161 and 162 where available in the UK and USA.

From the catalogues owned by me and the ones published on the DTCA website I have been able to put together the following spreadsheet as shown below.

I do not have access to any catalogues where the gaps appear, if any member has these could they please let me know what goes where.
