Re : Restoring Dinky Toys

Good evening everybody.
Does someone know where I can find the concave small round to hold the safety tyre on the Foden trucks ?

Many thanks

Re : Restoring Dinky Toys

I think Steve Flowers is your best bet. There is an item "Supertoy spare wheel washer for above steel", which I think is what you want. Would be best to check with them first.

Re : Restoring Dinky Toys

Although Peter Golden opened this thread ten years ago, only four messages have been posted.

There are different ways to restore à Dinky Toys. Of course there is the usual way to srip the model and repaint it but the restoration can also be done electronically.

Here is a picture of a rare and interesting model published in The Journal and one of the restored model.

Yes the camera does lie.

By the way today Monks & Crane Ltd. do not build or use any lifting machines, they produce industrial vending machines.
