--19a Locomotive électrique P.O [Electric Locomotive] (1935-40)

I need the help of a British collector.

This Dinky Toys electric engine runs on a bogie with two axles, four driving axles and a second bogie.

The type in French is 2D2 but what is the type in English ?

Thanks for your help.

Hello Jacques

I think that the description is the same - 2-D-2. Diesel locos in the UK use the same system to describe their wheel arrangement as other continental nations, unlike the notation for steam locos, which uses the Whyte system from America.

Kind regards

Jacques.
