Good afternoon to all the fine gentleman on the forum
Does anyone know of a drawing in existance for the ship propeller that comes with the 986 Mighty Antar (Truck).
I would want to obtain a copy if possible as I really think the original would not be sold at all.
Thank you

Hello Dirk, You are correct that original propellors are extremely hard to find, but STEVE FLOWERS in Leicester, England, does a replica part. Look up "Steve Flowers Model Supplies" on the internet.
Good luck !
Kevin.
Hi Dirk, the drawings for both the propeller and its support are known (see the Great Book of Dinky Toys page 210), but not their whereabouts (that is, not to me). They (job nos. 7834 and 7835) were auctioned as part of the Mike and Sue Richardson Collection of Meccano Ltd. Dinky Toy Original Factory Drawings, included in lot no. 341, 26 October 2000. Kind regards, Jan
BY THE WAY: This discussion was not started in the correct place, it should preferably be transferred to the British Commercial Vehicles >> 986 thread ...
