Hi Terry, I don't know of such a book in existence or being planned. Maybe some other could answer that question. Anyway, I know of two interesting interviews with Mike:

Michel Driver and Mike Richardson were doing a book together on collecting.

Sadly, as we know, Mike died and Michael has completed the project.

This book, together my new book on Dinky Toys will be launched at the Sandown Toy Fair on November the 16th.

I will post more comprehensive details of my book shortly.
