No this is not the Dinky Toys Castrol van, it is a plastic copy by Telsalda of Hong-Kong.

I have just started collecting a few Telsalda models, but don't have any Dinky copies yet, just their large scale versions of the Lesney Guy Pantechnicon. They are wonderful models I think, and it's always good to have a few copies to compare with the real thing.
I remember when I was very young Telsalda's were in the shops in the early 70's for as little as 50p. But then I always wanted the Dinky at over
